ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED before 3pm on 20 February, 2021.

After that, entries accepted with payment of late fees to ride management of $50 per ride in compliance with FEI regulations in addition to any USEF or NF fees. A $50 fee per change applies to horse and rider changes.

Online Entry

Waivers to be signed by all volunteers/officials/crew/owners/trainers & parent/guardians. Riders will sign waivers during online entry.

Deadlines:

USA FEI entries must register online through USEF accounts
Foreign riders must have their NF enter them into the FEI online registration system before the definite entry date.
All registrations to rideentry.org plus electronic waivers for any crew, owners, volunteers or officials.

Important: Florida Law requires a current health certificate within 30 days with a current negative Coggins on all livestock traveling into and out of Florida. All trailers must stop at all agriculture inspection stations, even if you are not hauling livestock.

Exit I-75 #382 towards WILLISTON - onto SR 121, continue thru Williston heading South to CR 326 ...turn R on CR 326 to stop sign at CR 337.. turn R on CR 337 to CR 316 ... turn R on CR 316... go 1/2 mile to ride site on left.

From Chiefland, FL
US-19 SOUTH - ... Turn L on CR 326 to CR 337 ... Turn L on CR 337 to CR 316 ... Turn R on CR 316 ... go 1/2 mile or CR 316 to ride site on left.

From Dunnellon, FL
Go W on CR-336 - go 9.0 mi
Turn R on CR-337 - stay on CR 337 to CR 316. Turn R on CR 316 ... go 1/2 mile to ride site on left.

Trails: The Goethe State Forest Trails are used. Planned loops (subject to change) are 37 km, 26 km, 20 km--in various combinations for the distances. There is plenty of water on the trails. The last loop will have limited glow sticks for you. Florida forest limerock roads (good for night riding) and some sandy area through palmettos (roots) are also used. Foot protection necessary for longer distances.

Camping: Camping is primitive and not included in the entry fee, you must pay RM for camping. Generators are allowed (5:30am-10pm). There will be a Port-a-Potty on site. Water is available in camp for horses only. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. Base camp will officially open for the endurance ride at noon on Saturday. We must have advance written notice of early arrivals as we have to get approval from the landowner. Remember, each horse owner, trainer and/or rider is responsible for safe camping and restraint of their horses.

USEF: EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULE BOOK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH.

Cancellations: If you should have to cancel, withdraw, or pull before vetting in, the non-refundable portion of your FEI entry of $500 will apply. For the USEF Lite Endurance Ride 25/50 miles (40/80 km), a non-refundable deposit of $35 will apply. However, no-shows/no-calls and withdrawals or pulls after vetting the start line will not receive any refunds. Meal tickets IF PROVIDED (pending confirmation) are non-refundable as we have to guarantee the food vendor. Cancellations must be made directly to ride management.

Farrier and Vet Fees: Riders will be responsible for any individual farrier or vet services. Failure to pay any of these fees in a timely manner will result in any rider and/or owner not being welcome at future rides, and potential forfeiture of points.Everyone must wear a helmet when mounted.

Registration/Fees:The USEF Lite open rides are $135 for any distance. Fees are $1500 for the 3* event, and $500 for the 100 km 1*. All ride entries must be received online by ride management WITH FULL PAYMENT on or before 22 February. All others will pay a late fee of $50 per entry within USEF and FEI regulations. Returned check fee of $50--we can work payments with you as we understand cash flow! Food: With COVID, evening meals may be available if the VENDOR confirms.  Dinner will be @ 6:00pm Friday and Saturday nights. Dinner the night before your ride is included in the entry fee but you must purchase other meals.There is no guarantee of having a dinner for you if you do not purchase in advance. This is a no frills ride--the food vendor will have breakfast and lunch available for purchase from 7 am until early afternoon if they confirm they will attend. LEVY ANIMAL FUND (LEAF)   will be on site – this benefits no kill shelters and kitty control in Levy County.  Please support them https://levyanimalfriendsinc.org
